Karang Taruna is a youth organization in Indonesia. youth organization  is a forum for the development of nonpartisan youth generation, which grows on the basis of awareness and sense of social responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the younger generation in the village or similar social community, which is mainly engaged in social welfare. As a youth social organization youth organization is a forum for development and development as well as empowerment in an effort to develop productive economic activities by utilizing all available potential in the environment both human and natural resources that already exist. As a youth organization, youth organization is guided by the Basic Guidelines and Household Guidelines in which it has also been set about the structure of the board and the term of office in each region from the Village to the National level. All of this is a form of organizational regeneration for the continuation of organization and coaching members of youth organization both in the present and future.
            youth organization consists of youth and youth (in AD / ART her membership is ranging from youth ranging from 11 - 45 years old) and the limitation as Management is aged from 17 - 35 years old. youth organization was established with the aim of providing coaching and empowerment to teenagers, for example in the field of organizational, economic, sports, skills, advocacy, religious and artistic.
I joined the karang taruna since 2015 and to be active member . In the village of seren youth organization was assigned to the committee when there was an event in the village. Such as the anniversary of  indonesia's independence day, mother's day, rejeban, and many more. The head of the village youth seren is agus nugroho  youth organization seren village is also supervised by bpd. Being a member of youth organization has many benefits such as building brotherhood, character building, entrepreneurship, maintaining interpersonal skills, honing soul leadership, hone skills in group / team work, sharpen your personal development skills and add science.
